has been in business for 49 years. Jeanne Fanning started Pioneer Personnel in 1974. Over the years, the business has matured and expanded to the business you know today as Personnel Staffing, Inc.

Our Owner
Jeanne Fanning
From Chicago originally, Ms. Fanning moved with her husband to St. Louis, Kansas City, and then Ponca City, where she has lived since 1964. As the "Big City" girl who modeled professionally for 15 years, she instructed charm classes for girls to teach them how to have confidence. She also narrated fashion shows and spoke to numerous Women's Clubs on confidence and how to look your best.
Appearing in television commercials as a model in Chicago and as a featured speaker throughout Oklahoma, it was a natural transition for Jeanne to become a television and radio talk show host, where she earned her FCC license. Later, as an insurance and financial securities agent covering the eastern-half of Oklahoma and some of Arkansas, she earned her Property, Casualty, Health, Life Insurance, and Security's licenses.
In 1974, she started Personnel Staffing, Inc.
in Ponca City and then formed Freedom Personnel of Shawnee LLC, Freedom Personnel, Inc., and Stand-By Services LLC of Oklahoma City.
When she is not working, Jeanne enjoys underwater and wildlife photography. She also takes pleasure in scuba diving and sailing. She especially enjoys taking diving and photography trips all over the world. She has traveled to Africa, Fiji, Cozumel, Belize, and more. Jeanne also serves her civic duty. She was appointed by the Mayor of Ponca City to serve as a Member for three years on the Ponca City Human Resources Board and another three years as a Commissioner of the Historical Maryland Mansion Committee and served on the Ponca City Domestic Violence Board.
